General Notarizations
$15
In accordance with California law (Government Code § 8211), the fee for a general notarization is $15 per notarized signature. This includes standard notarial acts such as acknowledgments, jurats, and oaths or affirmations. Each individual signature that requires notarization is subject to this fee. Please ensure that you bring valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of your appointment.
Real Estate & Loan Signings

Hospitals/ Medical Facilities

We provide notary services at hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities, assisting patients and families with important documents such as advance healthcare directives, power of attorney forms, and more.
Patients must be mentally aware and able to communicate clearly, and present a valid, government-issued photo ID. If the signer is unable to sign, a mark or signature by proxy may be acceptable with proper witnesses, as allowed under California law.
We understand the sensitive nature of these appointments and handle each one with care, patience, and professionalism.
Wills & Estate Signings
$15 per notarization

We provide notary services for a variety of estate planning documents, including powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and living trusts. While California does not require most wills to be notarized, other estate planning documents often do require notarization for validity or ease of use.
We offer flexible scheduling and mobile services to meet you at home, at your attorney’s office, or another convenient location.
Each signing is handled with the utmost care, professionalism, and respect for the sensitive nature of estate planning.
Jail/ Detention Centers
$100 Weekday Base Fee
$150 Weekend Base Fee
We provide notary services for individuals housed in jails, prisons, and detention centers, including assistance with powers of attorney, affidavits, and other legal documents.
These appointments require additional coordination, security procedures, and often extended wait times.
Valid identification must be provided by the signer, and the signer must be mentally competent and willing to sign. We work professionally and respectfully within facility rules to ensure a smooth and compliant notarization process.
